摘　　要：目的建立鳖甲软肝丸的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法,分别对鳖甲软肝丸处方中丹参、白芍、赤芍、黄芪、大黄进行定性鉴别。结果在TLC色谱中,各味药均能得到满意的结果。结论该定性检测方法省时、快速、简便、可作为该制剂的质量控制方法之一。Objective To establish a quality control method for Biejia Ruangan （BJRG） Pills. Method Thin - layer chromatograph （TLC） was applied to qualitative identification for salvia, radix paconiae alba, RadixpaconiacRubra, astragalus and rhubarb contained in BJRG Pin. Result Satisfactory results were attained in TLC chromatograph for each ingredients. Conclusion This qualitative examination method is suitable to serve as one of the quality control methods for this preparation for its time -saving, rapidness, simplicity.
