摘  要:热泵干燥能回收排放废气中的部分显热和潜热,因而具有显著的节能效果。和传统的热风对流干燥相比,热泵干燥有节约能源、产品质量高、不受天气条件的影响及环境友好、无废气排放等优点。文章阐述了热泵干燥的现状、优缺点和应用的局限性等,同时介绍了热泵干燥的发展趋势。Heat pump-assisted drying is an energy-efficient process because the heat is recoverable. Heat pump dryers offer several advantages over conventional hot-air dryers for the drying of products,including higher energy efficiency, better product quality, and the ability to operate independently of outside ambient weather condition. In addition, this technology is environmentally friendly in that gases and fumes are not given off into the atmosphere. This paper focuses on the recent progress made in heat pump drying. Advantages and limitation of heat pump drying are outlined. New developments in heat pump drying are presented.
