内障丸对抗子宫内膜抗体阳性大鼠抗体水平及窝产仔数的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨内障丸对抗子宫内膜抗体阳性大鼠抗子宫内膜抗体水平的影响。方法:将Wistar雌性成年大鼠随机分为6组,中药低剂量组(内障丸)、中药高剂量组(内障丸)、中药对照组(六味地黄丸)、西药对照组(醋酸泼尼松片)、模型组、空白组;从第1次免疫后第9周开始给药,连续3周,三周后检测内障丸对抗子宫内膜抗体水平的影响。结果:内障丸可明显降低抗子宫内膜抗体水平,提高大鼠的窝产仔鼠数。结论:内障丸能改善子宫内环境,抑制流产的发生。Objective： To explore the effect of Cataract pills on anti - endometrial antibody （EMAb） level of rats with positive EMAb. Methods： Mature fernal Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups： low dose of Cataract pills group; high dose of Cataract pills group; Liuweidihuang pills control group; prednisone control group ; model group ; blank group. After the first immunity, the drugs were administrated to the rats from the ninth week for three weeks, then the effect of Cataract pills on EMAb level was detected. Results ： Cataract pills decreased the EMAb level obviously and increased the fetiferous number of rats. Conclusion： Cataract pills can improve internal environment of uterus, suppresses the occurrence of miscarriage.
