摘  要:为了系统地研究电弧喷涂马氏体不锈钢涂层的耐磨粒磨损性能,选用几种不同含碳量的马氏体不锈钢作为喷涂材料,制备了不同喷涂工艺参数的试件;采用喷砂吹蚀和湿砂橡胶轮磨损试验研究了涂层试件的耐磨粒磨损性能.试验结果表明,随着喷涂材料w(C)的增加,获得的涂层硬度增加,涂层耐磨粒磨损性能也随之增强.涂层制备的工艺参数对涂层的耐磨性影响很大,增加喷涂电流,涂层耐磨粒磨损性能提高;增加喷涂电压或加大喷涂距离,涂层耐磨粒磨损性能下降.In order to study the abrasive wear performance of the arc sprayed martensitic stainless steel coating, several Cr13 martensitic stainless steel with different carbon content were selected as the spraying materals, and the specimens with arc sprayed rnartensitic stainless steel coatings were fabricated using different spraying technological parameters. Both sand blasting and rotational wheel wet sand wear experiments were performed to evaluate the wear resistance of the coatings. The experimental resaults show that with an increase in the carbon content of the spraying materal, the hardness and wear resistance of the coatings get enhanced. The spraying technological parameters can greatly affect the wear resistance of the coatings, which have the same effect on the coatings under the two wear conditions. With increasing the spraying current, the wear resistance of the coatings increases, while the increase in the spraying voltage or spraying distance leads to a decrease in the wear resistance of the coatings.
