摘  要:从预防人为差错的需求入手,以目前航空部门普遍采用的CATIA或DELMIA软件为平台,介绍了在非沉浸式虚拟环境下考虑人为因素的维修性分析与验证基本流程;阐述了虚拟环境中进行可达性与可视性分析、干涉和碰撞分析、维修姿态分析、维修动作体力分析的定性与定量方法。通过实例初步证明了利用虚拟人进行人类工效学模拟与验证是实现飞机维修性并行优化设计的有效方法。Starting with requirement of preventing human errors, taking CATIA or DELMIA software used widely in aviation department as the platform, basic flow of maintainability analysis and verification considering human factors was introduced in non-immersive virtual reality environment, and the qualitative and quantitative methods of accessibility and visibility analysis, collision and interference analysis, personnel body posture analysis and physical strength analysis were described. A practical example preliminarily shows that this method of ergonomics simulation and verification based on virtual human is feasible for the concurrent optimization design of aircraft maintainability.
