摘　　要：本文从理论基础和现实问题出发，认为当前应进一步完善民办高校投资的管理和效益，在分析民办高等教育投资体制改革的必要性基础上，提出了改革的五点措施。In this paper the theoretical basis and practical issues from the start that the current private colleges and universities should further improve the management of the investments and benefits of private higher education in the analysis of the necessity of reforming the investment system is proposed based on the five-point reform measures.
