摘 要:目的建立鲜壁虎的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,探讨不同壁虎间的相似程度。方法采用高效液相色谱法分析鲜壁虎提取液中相关物质的保留时间和吸收强度,对6种壁虎样品共有峰峰面积进行聚类。结果选定的色谱条件给出了较好的保留时间分布和吸收强度,建立起鲜壁虎的HPLC指纹图谱,聚类分析给出了相应结果。结论该HPLC指纹图谱可用于鉴定鲜壁虎,壁虎所含化学成分的多寡等因素与其品种相关。Objective To establish an HPLC fingerprint of fresh Gekko, and to discuss the similarity among Gekkos. Methods The retention time and absorption intensity of extracts of Gekko were determined by HPLC, peak area of six kinds of Gekko samples' mutual peaks were applied to grade by Hierarchical Cluster Analysis. Results Better distribution of retention time and absorption intensity were shown under the given chromatographic condition, the HPLC fingerprint was established and the result of Hierarchical Cluster Analysis was got. Conclusion The fresh Gekko can be identified effectively and the chemical constituents of different Gekko are related to the kinds.
