蚂蝗及其混淆品菲牛蛭的高效毛细管电泳法鉴别

摘　　要：目的探求更为快捷、准确的水蛭药材的鉴定方法。方法采用高效毛细管电泳法对蚂蝗和混淆品菲牛蛭进行蛋白多肽的分析。条件为石英毛细管(75μm×57 cm),电解缓冲液为20 mmol/L,硼酸盐溶液(pH 8.5),电压为20KV,检测波长254 nm。结果蚂蝗与菲牛蛭的高效毛细管电泳图谱之间有明显差异,重复性良好。结论高效毛细管电泳可作为鉴定方法,用于快速准确地鉴别蚂蝗与菲牛蛭。Objective To investigate an easy and accurate method for the identification of Whitmania pigra Whitman and Poecilobdella manillensis. Methods The protein polypeptides in Whitmania pigra Whitman and Poecilobdella manillensis were analyzed by high performance capillary electrophoresis （HPCE）. Results The HPCE result showed that the protein polypeptide of Whitmania pigra Whitman was significantly different from that of Poecilobdella manillensis. Conclusion HPCE can be used for the identification of Whitmania pigra Whitman and Poecilobdella manillensis .
