复方苦参结肠溶胶囊对溃疡性结肠炎患者肠黏膜NF-κB及STAT6活化的影响

摘　　要：目的观察复方苦参结肠溶胶囊对溃疡性结肠炎患者肠黏膜K基因结合核转录因子(NF-κB)及信号转导和转录激活因子6(STAT6)活化的影响,探讨复方苦参结肠溶胶囊的治疗该病的可能机制。方法将34例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为两组,中药组22例使用复方苦参结肠溶胶囊治疗,西药组12例使用柳氮磺吡啶治疗。两组均治疗8周。观察比较两组治疗前后的症状、体征、大便常规、结肠镜和病理检查,并采用免疫组化方法检测两组治疗前后的NF-κ Bp65及STAT6的表达情况。结果中药组临床疗效总有效率为100%,西药组为75%(P<0.05);中药组结肠黏膜病变疗效总有效率为90.9%,西药组为75%(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后NF-κB p65及STAT6的表达均降低,且中药组优于西药组(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参结肠溶胶囊抑制NF-κB p65及STAT6的活化及表达可能是其治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效机制之一。Objective To observe the effect of CSFJC on expression of NF - κB and STAT6 in the intestinal mucosa of patients with ulcerative colitis and to study the possible mechanism. Methods 34 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into a tradional Chinese medicine （TCM） group （n = 22 ） treated by CSFJC, and a Western medicine （WM） group （n = 12 ） treated by Sulfasalazine Tablets, both of them were treated for 8 weeks. Before and after the treatment, the symptoms, the physical sign, the routine stool test, the colonoseope and pathological examination in the two groups were observed and contrasted. Moreo- ver, the expressions of NF - κB and STAT6 were detected with immunohistochemistry in the two groups. Results The total effec- tive rate of therapeutic effect was 100 % in the TCM group and 75 % in the WM group, and the total effective rate of colonic mu- cosa Lesion was 90.9 % in the TCM group and 75 % in the WM group, and there were both significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, expressions of NF - κB and STAT6 in patients of the two groups were decreased, however, the results of the TCM group were better than the results of the WM group, with significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion CSFJC can inhibit the activation and expression of NF - κB and STAT6, which may be one of the mechanisms for treatment of ulcerative colitis.
