高效液相色谱法测定六味能消胶囊中蒽醌类成分的含量

摘　　要：目的建立六味能消胶囊中蒽醌类成分的高效液相色谱法含量测定方法。方法色谱柱:Kromasil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(80∶20);流速:1.0 ml.min-1;检测波长:254 nm。结果芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚总含量为2%以上,平均回收率为100.28%,RSD=2.22%。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可作为六味能消胶囊的质量控制方法。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of anthraquinones content in Naomaitong. Methods The separation was performed on ODS column（250mm ×4.6mm,5μm）of Kromasil. The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol , 0.1% phosphoric acid solution（80： 20） ,the flow rate was 1.0 ml . min^-1 ,and the wavelength was at 254 nm. Results The total content of aloeemodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion was above 4%. The average recovery rate was 100.54 % , RSD = 1.58%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and can be used to control the quality of Liuwei Nengxiao Capsule.
