摘  要:目的研究桑螵蛸及其粗提物对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠的影响。方法用四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠模型,分别观察桑螵蛸及其粗提物对小鼠的血糖、体重、饮水量以及一般状况的影响。结果与模型组相比较,桑螵蛸高、中、低剂量组都能降低四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠的血糖水平(P<0.01),改善其"三多一少"的糖尿病症状;桑螵蛸的石油醚提取物、水提物和醇提物均能降低四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠的血糖水平,但石油醚提取物的作用最为显著(P<0.01),其次是水提物(P<0.05),醇提物的作用最不明显。结论桑螵蛸对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠具有良好的治疗作用,且其活性成分主要存在于石油醚提取物中。Objective To observe the effects of Ootheca Mantidis and its extracts on alloxan - induced diabetic mice. Methods The model of diabetic mice was induced by alloxan, and the effects of Ootheca Mantidis (OM) and its extracts on blood sugar, weight, water - intake and general status were observed. Results ( 1 ) The high dose group, the middle dose group and the low dose group of OM all could decrease the blood sugar of mice induced by alloxan (P 〈 0.01 ), symptoms such as polydipsia, diabetes and polyphagia abated. (2) Compared with control groups, the water extract(P 〈0.05) ,the ethanol extract and the petroleum ether extract( P 〈 0.01 ) of OM all could decrease the blood sugar of mice induced by alloxan, but the effect of the ethanol extract was not obvious. Conclusion Ootheca Mantidis has a good therapeutic effect on alloxan - induced - diabetic mice, and its active component mostly exists in the petroleum ether extract from Ootheca Mantidis.
