摘 要:目的研究淡竹叶清热作用有效部位及化学成分,为淡竹叶的进一步开发利用和质量标准的制定提供科学依据。方法采用体外抑菌实验筛选淡竹叶有效抑菌部位,并采用HPLC-MS法分析抑菌部位的化学成分。结果淡竹叶甲醇提取部位具有抑菌作用,根据液质联用图谱及文献,分析鉴定出淡竹叶甲醇提取部位中6个化学成分,分别为香草酸、香豆酸、牡荆苷、苜蓿素7-β-D-葡萄糖氧基黄酮、芦竹素或其同分异构体白茅素及苜蓿素。结论淡竹叶甲醇提取部位具有一定的抗菌活性,对各菌种的抑菌效果有较大差异,这一部位可能与淡竹叶清热解毒功效相关。采用HPLC-MS法分析鉴定有效部位化学成分,保留了液相色谱与质谱兼具的微量、快速的优点,结合了前者的高分离效能与后者的准确性及选择性的特点,方法稳定可靠,为淡竹叶的进一步开发利用和质量标准的完善提供科学依据。Objective To investigate the effective part and components of Heat - cleaning in Herb Lophatheri, and to provide scientific accord for further development and establishment of quality specification of Herb Lophatheri. Methods Screen effective antiblastic part by bacteriostasis experiment in vitro, and analyze the chemical compositions with HPLC - MS in this part. Results The part extracted with MeOH was effective bacteriostasis,6 components were detected by HPLC -MS atlas and relative articles in it. They were vanillic acid, coumaric acid, vitexin, Tricin7 - β- D - glucosyloxy - flavone, arundoin, and Tricin. Conclusion The part extracted with MeOH has antibacterial activity, and the activities are different to different bacterium, this part may be correlated with heat - cleaning and detoxicating in herb Lophatheri. HPLC - MS has good quality of both HPLC and MS,it is stable and reliability, and can provide sciencic proif for further development and improvement of quality specification of herb Lophatheri.
