摘  要:目的建立火焰原子吸收光谱法测定小过路黄中钙、镁、铁、锌、铜、锰元素含量的方法。方法用浓硝酸微波消解样品,采用标准曲线法测定。结果小过路黄中含有Ca7.69mg/g,Mg3.16mg/g,Fe2.33 mg/g,Zn 0.0618 mg/g.Cu 0.0144 mg/g,Mn 0.431mg/g。RSD为3.34%~6.21%,回收率为97.9%~108%。结论该方法简单、准确,结果令人满意。Objective To establish a method for determination of calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese in Lysimachia congestiflora Hemsl by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The sample was diluted by microwave with HNO3 and the contents were determined by calibration curve method. Results The content of Ca was 7.69mg/g, Mg 3.16mg/g, Fe 2.33mg/ g,Zn 0. 0618mg/g,Cu 0. 0144mg/g,Mn 0. 431mg/g. RSD of the method was in the range of 3.34% -6.21% ,and recovery rate was in the range of 97.9%- 108 %. Conclusion The method is accurate and satisfactory.
