广西沿海平颏海蛇和青环海蛇提取物的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的观察广西沿海平颏海蛇和青环海蛇(1∶1)提取物的主要药效学作用。方法采用佐剂致大鼠关节炎、巴豆油致小鼠耳肿胀、醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高及棉球致大鼠肉芽组织增生、醋酸致小鼠疼痛等模型,观察广西沿海平颏海蛇和青环海蛇(1∶1)提取物的药效学作用。结果广西沿海平颏海蛇和青环海蛇提取物能明显抑制佐剂致大鼠关节炎、亦能明显抑制巴豆油所致的小鼠耳肿胀和醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高,对棉球致大鼠肉芽组织增生有明显抑制作用,并有显著的镇痛作用。结论广西沿海平颏海蛇和青环海蛇提取物具有抗风湿、抗炎、镇痛作用。Objective To observe the pharmacological role of Lapemis hardwickii and Hydrophis cyanocinctus （ 1 ： 1 ） extract from Guangxi. Methods Through the models of the adjuvant - induced arthritis in rats, the croton oil - induced edema in ear , acetic acidinduced increase of capillary vessel penetration in mice, the cotton_caused granulation tissue hyperplasia in rats, and mouse pain pattern caused by acetic acid, the pharmacological roles of Lapemis hardwickii and Hydrophis cyanocinctus （ 1 ： 1 ） extract from Guangxi were observed. Results Lapemis hardwickii and Hydrophis cyanocinctus （ 1 ： 1 ） extract could significantly inhib- it the adjuvant - induced arthritis in rats, the croton oil - induced edema in mice and acetic acid - induced increase of capillary vessel penetration in mice, and cotton_caused granulation tissue hyperplasia in rats. Inaddition, it also had analgesic effect. Conclusion The Lapemis hardwickii and Hydrophis cyanocinctus extract has the pharmacological effect of anti - rheumatism, anti - inflammation and analgesia
