摘 要:目的研究地榆提取物的抗氧化与抗过敏作用及其相关性。方法地榆经乙醇提取,有机溶剂萃取,大孔树脂HP-20分离纯化,获得不同提取部分。采用透明质酸酶抑制率及对DPPH、羟基自由基、过氧化氢的清除作用来检测提取物活性。结果地榆大孔树脂40%乙醇洗脱物透明质酸酶的抑制率与各自由基清除率是所有提取物中最高的,其自由基清除率接近于原花青素和芦丁,大于维生素C和儿茶素;地榆的提取物浓度与透明质酸酶抑制率、氧自由基清除作用成正相关性。结论地榆是一种值得开发的抗过敏、抗氧化植物;地榆提取物的抗过敏机制与其具有较强的氧自由基清除作用有关。Objective To study the correlationship between antioxidant and anti - allergic effects of Sanguisorba officinalis. Methods Sanguisorba officinalis was extracted with alcohol and then fractionated with organic solvents by turns, isolated and purified with macroporous resin HP -20, and different separated components were obtained. The extraction was studied and the inhibition rate on hyaluronidase activity, the scavenging rates on DPPH, . OH and H202 were evaluated. Results The results showed that the inhibition rate on hyaluronidase of the samples S - H40% was the highest in all the components, the scavenging rate on free radical was nearly equal to OPC and rutin, greater than Vc and catechin , and there was a positive relationship between anti - allergic and anti - oxidation activities. Conclusion Sanguisorba officinalis is a candidate for the antioxidant and antiallergic plant, its mechanism of antiallergic is related with its strong scavenging rate on free radical.
