摘 要:提出数控机床热误差鲁棒建模的综合极值法和优化试验设计法两种新方法。它们不仅使用统计理论,还结合机床结构、工程判断和众多经验等,使热误差数学模型的鲁棒性更强、精确性更高。文章针对研究的车削中心,还提出了一个结构紧凑、简单易用和成本低廉的热误差补偿系统。提出的建模方法和补偿系统在某生产厂家50多台相同类型车削中心的热误差补偿应用中,仅使用一或二种热误差数学模型,几乎所有机床的热误差补偿都得到了良好的效果。经补偿,机床由热变形引起的工件尺寸误差从原来的35μm降低到12μm。In this paper, two new methods of thermal error robust modeling for NC machine tools are proposed: one is the comprehensive extreme value method, the other is the optimal experiment design method. These two methods have the characteristics of combining the static theory with machine structures, engineering judgments and experiences, which make the thermal error models more robust and accurate. Also, in this research, a new thermal error compensation system is developed which can eliminate the stand alone computer and reduce the size and cost of the system. More than 50 turning centers are implemented with the compensation system in which the two new modeling methods are used, and almost all turning centers get good results and the size variations of the parts could be reduced from more than 35μm to less than 12μm, and the accuracy of the machine is improved significantly.
