摘  要:目的比较超临界法及夹带剂超临界法对黄芪中重金属离子的去除效果。方法分别以CO2及CH3OH-CO2为萃取剂对黄芪进行超临界萃取,以原子吸收法测定黄芪中剩余重金属离子含量。结果以CO2萃取剂进行超临界萃取,重金属离子平均去除率为68.5%;以CH3OH-CO2为萃取剂进行超临界萃取,重金属离子平均去除率为89.2%。结论夹带剂超临界法对重金属的去除率明显优于普通超临界萃取法。Objective To compare the removal effects of supercritical extraction and supercritical extraction with co - solvent on heavy metal inos in Radix Astragali. Methods Radix Astragali was extracted with CO2 and CH3 OH - CO2 as extraction reagent. The contents of heavy metal ions of in Radix Astragali were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The removal rates of heavy metal inos with CO2 and CH3 OH -CO2 as extraction reagent were 68.5% and 89.2% respectively. Conclusion The removal efficiency of heavy metal ions by supercritical extraction with co - solvent is obviously better than that by supercritical extraction.
