摘　　要：以铸铁搪瓷用钛白釉为研究对象,通过改变TiO2添加量和烧结温度,利用XRD与DTA分析手段,从动力学及热力学角度分析了TiO2对钛白釉的晶型变化的影响,并探讨钛白釉的乳浊机理,可以实现对钛白釉内锐钛矿和金红石转化的控制。The effects of TiO2 and firing temperature on titania vitreous enamel were studied by means of XRD and DTA. Based on kinetics and thermodynamics the effect of mass fraction of TiO2 on the crystalline phase transition in titania vitreous enamel was analyzed and the opacification mechanism was also discussed. The phase transition between anatase and rutile in titania enamel is possible to be controlled.
