摘  要:研究了腹腔注射板蓝根多糖(IRPS)对中华鳖肝、脑、肾、小肠组织SOD活性的影响。试验共分4组,分别每天注射1.5、36、mg/只IRPS,连续注射3 d。结果表明,IRRS注射组,4种组织SOD活性均高于对照,且6 mg/只注射组SOD活性均达到最大。但4种组织SOD活性存在着组织差异性。IRPS注射组,肾SOD活性与对照组相比,无显著性差异,小肠SOD活性显著高于对照组。1.5 mg/只和6 mg/只IR-PS注射组,脑SOD活性显著高于对照组,而肝SOD活性只在6 mg/只IRPS注射组才显著高于对照组。Effect of of IRPS on the SOD activities in the liver, brain and kidney of Trionyx sinensis was studied. There were four groups in this experiment. Every Trionyx sinensis was injected with 1.5 mg, 3 mg, and 6 mg IRPS and normal saline in each group,respectively, for three days. Results showed that SOD activity in each group injected with IRPS was higher than that in control. SOD activity was biggest by injecting with 6mg IRPS per Trionyx sinensis. However, there were differences in SOD activities of different tissues. There was no significant difference between the SOD activity of liver injected with IRPS and that of control. SOD activity of small intestine was higher significantly than that of control. But SOD activity was higher in brain injected with 1.5 mg and 6 mg IRPS and in liver injected with 6 mg IRPS per Trionyx sinensis compared with control.
