摘　　要：每年进行的水产动物传染病调查是非常重要的工作,可以掌握传染病的发生趋势,确定主要病原的危害级别,主要病原的毒力变化和地方株的毒力差异。论文介绍了水产动物病毒性疾病样品的采集原则、分类保存方法以及常用的病毒检测技术,并对流行病毒病样品采集过程中遇到的问题提出了针对性建议。The investigation of aquatic animal virus diseases is important to master the trends of epidemic virus diseases,identify the main pathogen damage grades,study the virulence change and the toxicity difference in different local strains. The sample collection principle, nucleic acid preservation method and general detection technique were introduced, and consulting opinions on various problems which may be occurred were put forword in this article.
