摘　　要：宜居住宅是我国房地产行业的发展趋势,文章以兰郡名苑项目整体为实例,对整个过程中各个关键节点展开分析,探讨了关于宜居住宅应具有的立意、理念与实际运用。小区以超前的设计意识,精湛的建筑布局、独特的环境造型,创新技术的集成运用,充分体现以人为本的宜居住宅理念。As the domestic developing trend of real estate market is towards the livable residence, the author analyzes each key point of the whole process and discusses the innovation, concept and practical application of the livable residence by using the example of the overall project of Lan Jun Famous Garden which fully elucidates the humanoriented concept of livable residence with its integrated application of advanced design consciousness, consummate architectural layout, unique environmental modeling and innovative technology.
