摘　　要：新加坡的公共住房建设解决了上世纪五六十年代其国民的居住难题。然而新加坡在建造住房本身的同时,也注重与之相应的居住环境质量。文章介绍了90年代新加坡通过改造上世纪五六十年代建设的公共住房,来完善居住功能、改善居住环境,提升居住品质的主要做法。The construction of public housing in Singapore resolved the living problem of its citizens from the 1950s to 1960s. However, while they were being built, Singapore also paid attention to the corresponding quality of the living environment. The article mainly deals with the principal way for Singapore, by renovating public housing built from the 1950s to 1960s, to perfect the living function, to ameliorate the living environment and to improve the living quality in the 1990s.
