摘　　要：由于地质、施工或设计的因素而造成地下层的室外墙裂缝时有发生。文章通过工程案例分析了地下室外墙裂缝的成因,并提出了相关措施,对高层住宅有可能发生类似的现象提供了可参考的处理。The exterior wall of the basement often cracks due to various factors like geology, construction, or design. The author analyzes the causes of cracking in the exterior wall of the basement through cases of project and brings forward relevant measures, which provides referenced treatment of similar phenomena that may happen in high-rise apartments
