摘 要:以中国和欧盟的纺织品贸易为研究对象,并在此基础上建立基于模糊决策树的反倾销预警系统,从而为政府研究和制定反倾销政策和措施提供依据,避免或减少反倾销给我国纺织业造成的损失。选取欧盟贸易保护程度、中国纺织品出口增长速度、双边贸易摩擦程度、市场经济程度4个综合预警指标,区别于传统的建模方法,应用模糊决策树技术建立纺织品反倾销预警系统。检验结果表明该预警模型具有较好的预测效果,在反倾销预警领域里有较好的应用前景。The textile products trade between China and EU is examined to construct an anti-dumping early-warning system based on fuzzy decision tree.This system is helpful to government and enterprise to determine policies and take measures and reduce the number of anti-dumping,avoid and relieve the cost caused by anti-dumping survey.The degree of EU's trade protection,increasing speed of Chinese export textiles products,degree of trade friction between China and EU and degree of market economy are used as anti-dumping early-warning system evaluation indexes.The fuzzy decision tree model is different from traditional modeling methods in constructing textile products anti-dumping early-warning system.The result of the positive research indicates that this system is valid for textile products anti-dumping risk prediction and it has a good application prospect in this area.
