摘 要:研究了预氯氧化工艺下硫酸铝(AS)与聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDM)制成的系列稳定AS/PDM复合混凝剂对冬季太湖加氯水的除藻效果。通过混凝除藻实验,研究了复合混凝剂加药量、AS与PDM复配质量比例(20:1、10:1、5:1)、PDM特征黏度(0.55、1.53、2.47、3.99dL/g)对除藻效果的影响。结果表明:(1)使用AS、AS/PDM(0.55/20:1~3.99/5:1)复合混凝剂后的余浊达到2NTU的水厂沉淀出水浊度标准时,其加药量(Al2O3计)分别为4.50mg/L、4.00~2.00mg/L,除藻率分别为92.09%、93.91%~96.55%;加药量为4.50mg/L时,其除藻率分别为92.09%、95.22%-99.07%,余浊分别为2.00NTU、1.57—0.48NTU。(2)加药量为4.50mg/L时,4个特征黏度的低复配比例(5:1)药剂比高复配比例(20:1)药剂、3个复配比例的高特征黏度(3.99dL/g)药剂比低特征黏度(0.55dL/g)药剂平均提高除藻率2.41、1.40个百分点。因此,使用AS/PDM复合混凝剂可明显提高AS对冬季太湖加氯水的处理效果,与单独使用AS相比,余浊达标时节省加药量,加药量相等时提高处理效果。复配比例越低或特征黏度越大,AS/PDM复合混凝剂的处理效果越好。The algae-removal effects of the series stable AS/PDM composite coagulants prepared by aluminum sulfate (AS) and polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride (PDM) on winter Taihu Lake chlorine-added water under prechlorination process are researched. The effects of composite coagulants dosages, composite mass ratios (20: 1, 10: 1, 5:1 ) of AS to PDM, intrinsic viscosity values (0.55., 1.53, 2.47, 3.99 dL/g) of PDM on algae-removal rates are studied through coagulation and algae-removal experiments. The results show that when residual turbidity of 2 NTU after coagulation and sedimentation is required by water plant, the dosages ( based on Al2 O3 ) of AS, AS/PDM (0.55/20:1 - 3.99/5:1 ) composite coagulants are 4.50mg/L, 4.00 - 2.00 mg/L, and the algaeremoval rates are 92.09% , 93.91% -96.55% respectively. When dosages are 4.50mg/L, the algae-removal rates of AS, AS/PDM (0.55/20:1 -3.99/5:1 ) composite coagulants are 92.09%, 95.22% -99.07%, and the residual turbidities are 2.00 NTU, 1.57 -0.48 NTU respectively. When dosages are 4.50 mg/L, the coagulants with low composite ratio (5:1 ) of four intrinsic viscosity values and the coagulants with high intrinsic viscosity value (3.99 dL/g) of three composite ratios averagely increase 2.41 and 1.40 percent algae-removal rates respectively, compared with the coagulants with high composite ratio (20:1 ) and the coagulants with low intrinsic viscosity value (0.55 dL/g). Using AS/PDM composite coagulants can evidently enhance the treatment effect of AS on winter Taihu Lake chlorine-added water. Compared with the single use of AS, the AS dosages in composite coagulants are saved if the residual turbidities are required in the same level, and the treatment effects are enhanced when the AS dosages in composite coagulants are the same as the AS dosage of using AS solely. The lower the composite ratio or the higher the intrinsic viscosity value is, the better the effect of AS/PDM composite coagulant is.
