摘 要:虎颜花是我国广东省特有的珍稀濒危植物。在调查中发现,虎颜花11个分布点均位于广东省境内的云开大山和云雾山脉,生长于河边的悬崖石壁或陡坡上,喜荫蔽潮湿环境,种群规模小,幼苗数量少。种子为需光型,在黑暗中不萌发,1300lux光强下萌发率可达76.67%,但成苗率低。虎颜花无菌播种时萌发率为60.6%,成苗率可达53.5%;在广州人工栽培时,3~6月和9~10月为虎颜花生长旺盛期。虎颜花幼苗回归自然栽培的成活率可达50%以上。本文对虎颜花的濒危原因进行了初步分析并提出了虎颜花的保护策略。Tigridiopalma magnifica is a perennial herbaceous plant of Melastomatacea endemic to Guangdong. This species is merely found on the steep cliff or rocks of streamsides, and in the shady and moist habitat. The populations of r. magnifica are rare and small sizes with quite a few young individuals. Seeds incubated on filter parer in darkness did not germinate and the higest germination (76.67 %) occurred at light intensity, of 1300 lux, but only 20 % seedlings could survive later after transplanting in sphagnum. Seeds aseptically sowed on MS medium supplemented with 0.1 mg·l^-1 NAA, 60.6 % seeds germinated and 53.5 % planttets developed. From March to May, and from September to October, T. magnifica grew rapidly. Reintroduction of T. magnitlca was carried out in habitat, more than 50 % of seedlings survived. The endangered causes and conservation strategy of T. magnifica are also briefly discussed in this paper.
