尼美舒利治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床观察

摘　　要：【目的】评价尼美舒利治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的有效性和安全性。【方法】按照NIH分类标准，采用PPMT法及前列腺液（EPS）常规检查，将145例患者分为两组，炎症型（Ⅲa型）组77例，非炎症型（Ⅲb型）组68例。两组均口服尼美舒利100mg，每日两次，治疗4周。根据慢性前列腺炎症状评分（CPSI）判断疗效。【结果】治疗4周后，两组疼痛症状评分、生活质量评分及总CPSI评分均有明显改善（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），其中Ⅲa型组EPS中WBC计数评分较治疗前有明显减少（P〈0．05）。Ⅲa型组总有效率为84．5％，Ⅲb型组总有效率为83．3％，两组间总有效率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。两组治疗期间均无严重不良事件发生。【结论】尼美舒利治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎安全、有效。[Objective] To investigate the efficacy and safety of nimesulide in the treatment of chronic abacterial prostatitis（CAP）. [Methods]According to National Institute Health （ NIH ） classification, 145 cases of chronic abacterial prostatitis were divided into type Ⅲa group and type Ⅲb group by PPMT （ pre- and post- massage test ） and EPS （ expressed prostate secretion ） routine. All patients were treated for 4 weeks with nimesulide 100rag twice a day. The efficacy was evaluated by the NIH chronic prostatitis symptom index （NIH-CPSI）. [Results]After 4 weeks treatment,the pain scores, quality-of-life scores and total CPSI scores were significantly reduced in both groups（ P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） and the paean number of WBC in EPS was decreased significantly in type Ⅲa group（ P〈0.05）. The total effective rates were 84.5% in type Ⅲa group and 83.3%in type Ⅲb group . The total effective rates between two groups had not significant difference （ P〉0.05）. No serious side effect occurred. [Conclusion]Nimesulide is effective and safe for the treatment of chronic abacterial prostatitis.
