摘　　要：在对大学生职业指导模式的类型进行梳理和分析的基础上,对于模式的理论基础进行了解析,并提出以需求理论、人的全面发展、终身发展理论和系统理论来引领大学生职业指导模式的构建。Based on the analysis of the types of career guiding model for the undergraduates, this article analyzed the theory basic of the model and suggested to construct the career guiding model based on the theory of demand and requirement, the all-round development, life-long development theory and system theory, etc.
