红斑狼疮患者与重叠综合征患者相关检测结果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮疾病(Systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)和重叠综合征(overlap syndrome)部份检测结果在临床诊断中的应用价值。方法检测41例SLE患者,21例重叠综合征患者(SLE与类风湿关节炎/rheumatoid arthritis,RA重叠)以及49名健康者三组的尿蛋白(PRO)、类风湿因子(RF)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、自身抗体(抗双链脱氧核糖核酸/抗ds-DNA、核抗原体/抗-ENA、抗核抗体/ANA)。结果重叠综合征患者组的RF、CRP均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);SLE患者组的CRP明显高于对照组(P<0.01),RF亦高于对照组(P<0.05);重叠综合征患者组的RF、ANA明显高于SLE患者组(P<0.01),CRP高于SLE患者组(P<0.05)。结论重叠综合征患者血清中RF、ANA、CRP等高于SLE患者,本文测定数据可为临床诊断鉴别SLE是否与RA重叠提供参考依据。Objective To explore the applied value of correlative test results in clinical diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） and overlap syndrome. Method Urinary protein （PRO）, rheumatoid factor （RF）, C-reactive protein （CRP）, autoantibodies including anti-double-stranded DNA, nuclear antigen body （anti-ENA） and anti-nuclear antibody （ANA） were detected from 41 cases of SLE patients, 21 patients with overlap syndrome （SLE and rheumatoid arthritis overlap） and 49 healthy persons. Results The levels of RF and CRP of patients with overlap syndrome and SLE patients were significantly higher than those of healthy controls; RF, ANA and CRP of overlap syndrome patients were significantly higher than those of patients with SLE （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Determination data of serum RF, ANA, CRP etc. in this article may provide references for clinical diagnosis of SLE overlaps with RA.
