摘  要:利用3种不同沉淀剂制备了纳米ZnO,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、紫外-可见漫反射(DR UV-Vis)、红外(IR)等对粉体进行了表征;并以ZnO作为光催化剂研究其光催化脱色甲基橙的性能。实验结果表明:在其它条件相同的情况下,采用3种沉淀剂所制备的ZnO均为六方晶型,且在采用混合碱为沉淀剂、煅烧温度为500℃的条件下,制备纳米ZnO粉末的平均粒径80.4nm;不同沉淀剂对ZnO制备及其光催化脱色甲基橙的性能有重要的影响,混合碱为沉淀剂制备的纳米ZnO具有良好的光催化脱色性能。The nanometer-sized ZnO is prepared using three different kind of precipitator, and as-prepared nanosized zinc oxide powder is characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, diffuse reflectance ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy and IR spectra. Photocatalytic decolorization of methyl orange wastewater is investigated using ZnO as photocatalyst. The results show that ZnO prepare by three different precipitators which is hexagonal under the same condition. Nanometer-sized ZnO is fabricated by using mixed alkali as precipitator and after calcination at 500℃. The average size of ZnO prepared by mixed alkali is 80.4 nm. Precipitator can greatly influence the preparation of nanometer-sized ZnO and the photocatalytic performance toward decolorization of methyl orange. The zinc oxide prepared by mixed alkali has good photocatalytic decolorization performance.
