摘  要:目前,我国大学生就业过程中的平等就业权益、就业和劳动报酬权益、社会保障权益、权利救济的权益等合法劳动权益屡屡受到侵犯,这些侵害存在的原因包括大学生自我维权意识和保护能力弱、劳动力市场供过于求、用人单位缺乏社会责任感、大学生权益保障的法律、法规体系不健全等。大学生劳动权益的保护不仅要靠自身维护权益意识的提高,还要靠学校、政府和企业的多方保护,而这将是一个漫长的过程。Currently, the legal rights and benefits of Chinese college graduates are frequently infringed in their employment, such as equality, labor reward, social security and relief. The red,sons for all these are as follows: 1. The graduates are weak in the sense of safeguarding their rights and capability of protecting themselves; 2. Supply exceeds demand in labor markets; 3. Some employing units lack social responsibility; 4. The legal system is imperfect concerning the proration for the rights and benefits of the graduates. It takes a long time to ensure the labor rights and benefits of college graduates with their own enhanced consciousness of maintaining rights as well as the proteetion from colleges, governments and enterprises in many ways.
