摘　　要：设计并实现了基于专用音视频编解码芯片AT2042的嵌入式数字视频监控服务器。该服务器实现了MPEG-4视频标准高级框架的编解码器,具有数字硬盘的功能,并能实现本地的海量存储、远程控制以及运动检测的功能;用户通过在PC机端输入服务器的IP地址来访问服务器下载安装ActiveX控件,并在监控端实现需要的控制。The embedded video monitor sever is based on special video/audio codec chip AT2042.MPEG-4 advanced level compatible video codec is realized on the server. Other features include mass storage,remote control and motion detection. Users can access the server to download ActiveX controls and achieve specific control objectives by entering sever IP address on PC.
