摘　　要：本文提出一种基于元数据、ⅡMS(Information Integrated Managing System)信息资源管理系统和分布式数据库系统(Distributed Database System,DDBS)相结合构建异构数据交换和共享管理系统的方案,通过元数据实现对分布式数据的描述和管理,ⅡMS实现各部门的异构数据进行标准化处理,而DDBS则对数据库进行集中管理。This paper presents a project that is based on metadata, IIMS （Information Integt＇ated Managing System） information resources management system and distributed database systems （Distributed Database System, DDBS） to build a combination of exchange and sharing of heterogeneous data. Through the implementation of metadata, the distributed data are described and managed, IIMS implementation of various departments to standardize treatment of heterogeneous data, and DDBS focus on database management.
