摘　　要：中国特色社会主义发展观以马克思主义发展观为理论基础,以毛泽东的发展观和当代国外先进发展观为理论借鉴和理论补充。经历了全面发展观、可持续发展观和科学发展观三个阶段的发展完善,具备了构成严整理论体系的前提、要素和标准。中国特色社会主义发展观的理论体系是由发展中心论、发展价值论、发展整体论、发展系统论、发展永续论和发展统筹论六部分组成。The development outlook of socialism with Chinese characteristics takes Marxist outlook on development as its theoretical basis, with Mao Zedong＇s outlook on development as its theoretical reference and other countries＇ outlooks on development as its theoretical supplement. Having developed from a comprehensive outlook on development through the outlook on sustainable development to the scientific outlook on development,it has already acquired the requisite, essential elements and standard of becoming a well-structured theoretical system. The theoretical system of the development outlook of socialism with Chinese characteristics is composed of six parts including：to focus on economic building, to put people first, to coordinate in a comprehensive and sustainable way, and to unify planning with due consideration for all concerned.
