摘　　要：毛泽东提出的群众路线方法和以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央提出的以人为本思想,都是马克思主义与中国实际相结合的产物,二者是统一的。具体表现为:理论依据的统一性,内在联系的辩证统一性,基本要求的一致性。坚持以人为本的发展观,是贯彻群众路线方法的必然要求,对党长期执政具有重要意义。The methods for mass line put forward by Mao Zedong and the thought of putting people first advocated by Central Committee of the Party headed by General Secretary Hu Jintao are both the fruits of the combination of Marxism with Chinese reality, so they two are uniform in their unity of theoretical basis, in their dialectical unity of inherent connections and in their consistence of basic requirements. To adhere to the outlook on development by putting people first is the necessary requirement of the implementation of the methods for mass line ; therefore, it is of great significance to the long-term ruling of our Party.
