小儿急性播散性脑脊髓炎72例临床诊治分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿急性播散性脑脊髓炎(ADEM)的临床特点及诊治。方法:总结性分析72例ADEM患儿的临床诊治资料。结果:72例ADEM患儿经住院期治疗后,临床治愈20例;症状明显好转26例;10例经住院治疗临床症状好转,出院后经治疗逐渐恢复正常;16例昏迷患儿遗留明显的神经系统后遗症。结论:ADEM临床表现多样,致残率高,应早诊断,早治疗。以糖皮质激素为主的综合治疗效果良好。Objective： To explore the clinical features and treatment of children with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis （ADEM）. Methods： The clinical diagnosis and treatment information of 72 cases of children with ADEM was summarized and analyzed. Results： Among 72 cases of ADEM, 20 cases were clinically cured during hospitalization; 26 cases were significantly improved; 10 cases were obviously improved due to hospitalization in a short time, and gradually returned to normal by out-patient treatment; 16 cases remained obvious sequelae of the nervous system. Conclusion： ADEM has diverse clinical manifestations and high disability, it should be early diagnosed and treated. The effect of comprehensive treatment of glucocortieoid has a good therapeutic efficacy.
