摘　　要：鉴于P7100型片梭织机没有配置热熔边装置,不能满足化纤帆布的工艺要求,文章利用继电控制方式设计的与织机相兼容的热熔边装置,满足了生产要求,使用效果显著。The gripper loom P7100,which was not collocated with melt selvage cutter device,failed to satisfy the technological demand for chemical fibre canvas.In view of this,a melt selvage cutter compatible with loom was designed by applying relay control,and it efficiently meets the manufacturing requirements and yields notable results.
