摘  要:以某油田采出水为原水,研究了气浮池内部下向流斜板装置与回流比对气浮运行效果的影响。试验结果表明,斜板装置与回流比均对气浮效果影响很大,而且加入斜板装置对油田采出水中的含油量、SS的净化效率高。斜板板间距为60mm,回流比为30%的情况下,出水油、SS的质量浓度分别小于9、14mg/L,出水水质能够达到《石油化工水污染物排放标准》(GB428119-1984)的最高容许排放浓度的第一级排放标准。Taking oilfield produced water as the raw water, the influences of the downflow inclined plates and the reflux ratio in the flotation tank on the flotation performance were studied. The results of the test showed that, the inclined plates and the reflux ratio have significant effects on flotation, and the removal rates of oil and SS of the oilfield produced water was increased because of the inclined plates in the tank. When the plate spacing was 60 mm, the reflux ratio was 30%, the mass concentration of oil and SS in the effluent water was lower than 9 mg/L and 14 mg/L respectively, the effluent water quality met the specification for maximum allowed pollutant discharge concentration prescribed in grade 1 of Discharge Standard for Water Pollutant of Petrochemical Industry (GB 428119-1984).
