摘 要:以三聚氰胺和乙二醛等为原料,以氯化铵为催化剂合成三聚氰胺-乙二醛缩聚物脱色絮凝剂。采用正交试验研究了乙二醛用量、氯化铵用量、反应温度和反应时间等因素对合成脱色絮凝剂的废水脱色率和COD去除率的影响。研究结果表明:合成三聚氰胺-乙二醛缩聚物脱色絮凝剂的优化工艺条件为:三聚氰胺10g,乙二醛58g,氯化铵10g,反应温度60℃,反应时间为4h。产品的絮凝脱色性能良好,脱色率为94%~96%,COD去除率为49%~57%。Melamine-glyoxal condensed polymer decolorizing flocculant was synthesized with melamine and glyoxal as raw materials and ammonium chloride as catalyst. The effects of dosage of glyoxal and ammonium chloride, reaction temperature, reaction time, and some other factors on the decolorization and COD removal efficiency of the said flocculant were studied through orthogonal experiment. The results showed that: the optimal synthesis condition for the melamine-glyoxal condensed polymer decolorizing flocculant was: the dosage of melamine, glyoxal and ammonium chloride were 10, 58 and 10 g respectively, the reaction temperature was 60 ℃, the reaction time was 4 h. The product had a good decolorization performance, the decolorization rate was 94% - 96%, the removal rate of COD was 49% - 57%.
