摘　　要：研究了非对称信息及委托人-代理人理论在服务供应链利益相关者合作中的运用性问题。运用非对称信息和委托人-代理人理论,研究服务供应链利益相关者合作的非对称信息风险关系模型、状况及其风险问题,并构建了服务供应链利益相关者合作的风险优化数学模型。The application of asymmetric information and the agent-principal theory for stakeholder cooperated in service supply chains were researched. Using asymmetric information and the agent-principal theory, the types of asymmetric information, the risk models the status and risk problems for stakeholder cooperated in service supply chains were analyzed, and the mathematical models of optimizing risk and their operating methods were raised.
