摘　　要：分析了我国现行遗属补助制度框架陈旧、碎片化严重、支付标准偏低、不能满足经济社会发展需要及抵御经济风险的现状。认为有必要将遗属保障社会化,建立社会遗属保险制度。结合我国实际分析得出:遗属保险制度在微观层面上可以操作,在宏观层面与我国经济社会发展水平相适应。The status of the actual dependant financial subsidy system of China was analyzed. The framework of the system is unsuitable and fragmentized; the pay standard is low, which can not meet the needs of economic and social development, and resist the economic risks. It is necessary to establish social dependant pension system. Considered the conditions of China, the social dependant pension system is operable and consistent with the level of our country＇s economic and social development.
