摘　　要：本文从大学馆的地位及其职能发挥入手,阐述了大学馆在建设和谐社会中的两大作用。指出营造和谐文化和实行和谐管理是图书馆有机体可持续发展的根本保证。The paper expounds two mina effects of university library in constructing harmonious society form the libraries＇ degree and function. It is pointed that the harmonious culture and harmonious management are the fundamental guarantee of library＇s sustainable development.
