摘　　要：目前,经管类专业大学生的实践能力与用人单位的需求之间存在着巨大的差距。实践实验教学对培养大学生实践能力具有独特作用,在企业实习难安排的状况下,利用ERP实验教学平台对大学生进行企业运营过程模拟仿真训练,不仅锻炼学生的专业实践能力,而且可以使学生全方位接触到企业运营的各个环节。At present, there is a huge gap between management student＇s practical ability and the needs of employers. The practical experiment teaching plays a unique role in cultivating the ability of university students. Under the situations that practice teaching in enterprise is difficult to arrange, it is the best choice to use ERP platform to conduct the simulation training of the process of enterprise operations for university students, which not only trains students＇ professional practical capability, but also enable students to full--expose to all aspects of business operations.
