摘  要:苏通大桥南桥塔采用倒Y形塔,中、下塔柱采用不对称的单箱单室箱形断面,施工中需克服塔柱斜率大、悬臂高等不利因素,且高塔施工受风力影响大,对施工平台及模板系统要求较高。采用液压自动爬模系统结合水平横撑的主动力顶撑的施工方法。实践表明:该施工方法能够提高塔柱施工效率,缩短塔身施工周期,降低施工成本,保证混凝土的外观质量。The south pylon of Sutong Bridge is an inverted Y-shape pylon and the middle and lower legs of pylon take the form of the cross sections of asymmetric single cell and single box. In the construction of the pylon, the unfavorable factors, such as the great inclination ratios and high cantilevers of the legs, had to be surmounted. In addition, the wind influence on the construction of such high pylon was significant, the working platform and formwork system prepared for the construction were therefore demanding and the construction method using the automatic hydraulic climbing formwork system and the active jacking of the horizontal cross bracing was finally used. Practice proves that the method can enhance the construction efficiency of the legs of the pylon, shorten the construction time schedule, reduce the construction cost and also ensure the concrete visual quality.
