摘 要:鄂东长江大桥主5号墩基础为深水基础,共设33根覆盖层内直径为2.8 m、基岩内直径为2.5 m的钻孔灌注桩,桩长71 m。采用钢护筒支撑平台配动臂吊机的钻孔施工方案,充分利用直径2.85 m、厚25 mm钢护筒作为主受力结构,平联结构兼作钻孔泥浆循环管。采用MIDAS Civil有限元软件对平台形成过程中钢护筒的打设、平台使用阶段、钻孔施工阶段等3种工况进行计算分析,结果表明,钻孔施工平台整体结构稳定,各杆件应力均小于容许应力,平台应力和变形均能满足施工要求。The foundation for the main pier No. 5 of Edong Changjiang River Bridge is a deep water foundation composed of totally 33 numbers of bored piles, each 2.8 m in diameter in the overburden stratum, 2.5 m in diameter in the rock and 71 m in length. The boring construction of the piles was carried out by the jib crane and the working platform supported by the steel casings. In the construction, the diameter 2.85 m and 25 mm thick steel casings were fully used as the main carrying structure and the lateral bracing system was concurrently used as the pipes for circulating slurry for bored hole protection. The MIDAS Civil finite element software was used to calculate and analyze three kinds of the load cases at the steel casings driving stage in the building process of the platform, the service stage and also the boring construction stage. The results of the calculation and analysis show that the integral structure of the platform is stable, the stress in all members is less than the allowable values and the stress and deformation of the platform all can satisfy the construction requirements.
