摘 要:鄂东长江大桥主桥为主跨926 m的连续半漂浮体系混合梁斜拉桥,钢-混凝土结合段是整个主桥箱梁施工的关键部位。钢-混凝土结合段施工中M梁段(非标准)钢箱梁选用镇航工818号1200 t浮吊安装,由临时支座和千斤顶组成的调位系统进行精确调位、定位。L梁段采用抗裂性能较好的钢纤维混凝土,通过拖泵泵送,利用软管分层布料,插入式振捣器振捣,对称浇筑。M梁段钢箱梁的顺利吊装说明了吊装、定位方案的合理性;钢-混凝土结合梁试验段混凝土成品质量内实外美,验证了钢纤维混凝土配合比的优良性及L梁段混凝土浇筑方案与施工中防裂措施的可行性。The main bridge of Edong Changjiang River Bridge is a semi-floating system continuous hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge with a main span 926 m and the steel and concrete joint section of the Bridge is the critical part in the construction of the box girders for the whole main bridge. In the construction, the steel box girder at the girder section M (non-standard) was lifted and installed by the 1 200-t capacity Zhenhanggong 818 Floating Crane and the girder was accurately adjusted and positioned by the adjusting system made up of the temporary bearings and jacks. At the girder section L, the steel fiber concrete having good cracking resistance performance was selected. The concrete was pumped by the movable pumps, distributed to place in layers through hoses, cast symmetrically and vibrated by the immersion vibrators. The smooth construction of the steel box girder at the girder section M indicates that the scheme prepared for the lifting, installation and positioning of the box girder is rational. The completed concrete for the testing part of the steel and concrete joint section is solid and is visually pleasing to the eye, which verifies the excellence of the mix proportioning for the steel fiber concrete and the feasibility of the concrete casting scheme for the girder section L as well as the cracking-proof measures taken in the construction.
