妊娠糖尿病患者血浆视黄醇结合蛋白4水平与胰岛素抵抗的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的检测妊娠糖尿病患者血浆视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)的水平,探讨其与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法用酶联免疫分析法测定37例正常妊娠妇女及40例妊娠糖尿病患者血浆RBP4水平,同时测定空腹血糖、血脂及胰岛素水平,并计算稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果妊娠糖尿病患者血浆RBP4水平[(28.52±12.45)μg/mL]虽低于正常妊娠妇女组[(31.47±14.28)μg/mL],但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。RBP4与HOMA-IR、空腹血糖呈正相关[相关系数(r)分别为0.34、0.37,P<0.05]。结论妊娠糖尿病患者空腹RBP4水平有下降的趋势但没有显著变化。RBP4水平与空腹血糖、HOMA-IR有关。Objective To investigate the correlation between retinol-binding protein-4 （RBP4） level and insulin resistance in gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM）. Methods The levels of plasma RBP4 in 40 pregnant women with GDM and 37 normal pregnant women were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. The levels of fasting blood glucose, insulin, total cholesterol and triglyceride were determined, and homeostasis model assessment insulin resistance index （HOMA-IR） was calculated. Results The plasma RBP4 level had no significant difference between GDM patients [ （28.52 ± 12.45） μg/mLl and normal pregnant women [ （31.47 ± 14.28）μg/mL] （P 〉 0.05 ）. In the GDM patients, RBP4 level was positively correlated with fasting blood glucose （ r = 0.37, P 〈 0.05 ） and HOMA-IR（r = 0.34, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The level of plasma RBP4 in GDM patients has decreasing tendency, but has no significant difference. The level of plasma RBP4 is correlated with HOMA-IR and fasting blood glucose.
