脂质对2型糖尿病发生发展的影响及其机制

摘　　要：长期以来,人们把脂质作为心血管疾病及糖尿病并发症的主要因素进行研究。但近年来,随着世界各国糖尿病发病率的增加,脂质与糖尿病的关系越来越受到关注,对脂质在糖尿病发生发展病理过程中的研究领域越来越广、层次越来越深、成果也日益增多。笔者根据近年来的研究成果,对脂质在糖尿病发生发展过程中诱导和加重胰岛素抵抗,导致β-细胞功能减退的作用作一综述。People thought that lipid plays an important role in diabetic complication and cardiovascular disease for a long time. But in recent years, with the increase in the incidence of diabetes of the world, the relationship between lipid and diabetes are getting more attention. According to the results of study in recent years, this article gives an overview of the role of lipid in insulin resistance and β-cell dysfunction.
