摘  要:研究结果表明:大豆褐纹病菌在PDA培养基上生长速度最快,在SPYJ培养基上产孢量最大;在温度5~30℃,pH30~90范围内均可生长,最适温度20~25℃,最适pH50~60。在碳氮源分别为葡萄糖和天冬酰胺的培养基上病菌生长速度最快,产孢量最大。分生孢子在温度10~35℃,pH22~80范围内均可萌发,最适温度20~25℃,最适pH50,孢子萌发要求相对湿度大于95%,在水滴中及供氧充足条件下,孢子萌发速度最快,萌发率最高;光照无明显影响。孢子致死温度为45℃.10分钟。The results of studies shows that the speed of the mycelium growth is high on PDA, the capacity of sporulation is great on the SPYJ The condition of pathogin growth is in the temperature from 5~30℃ and the pH values from 3 0~9 0,but the optimum temperature is at 20~25℃ and the optimum pH values 5 0~6 0 The optimum C is glucise The pyconspore germinated in the temperature from 10~35℃and the pH values from 2 2~9 0,with the optimum temperature is at 20~25℃ and the optimum pH values is 5 0 The relative humidity to germination is no less than 95% The spore germinated better in the water, the air is also needed There is no significant effection the germination of the light treatment the thermal deathpoint of the spore is 45℃ for 10 minutes
