新城疫疫苗对雏鸡支气管结合淋巴组织形态发育的影响

摘  要:50只1日龄雏鸡随机分成数量相等的免疫组和非免疫组。免疫组雏鸡于1日龄用鸡新城疫Ⅱ(NDⅡ)系弱毒疫苗点眼免疫,非免疫组雏鸡不免疫。定期收集免疫组和对非免疫组雏鸡肺脏和支气管,制做石蜡切片,苏木素伊红(HE)、阿尔森蓝-过碘酸雪夫氏(Alcinblue-PAS)和酸性非特异酯酶(ANAE)染色。经组织学观察,免疫组雏鸡支气管结合淋巴组织(Bronchus-associatedlymphoidtissue,BALT)比非免疫组雏鸡的发生早、生长快、体积大、淋巴细胞数量多。BALT中有ANAE阳性淋巴细胞。此结果证明抗原刺激能促进雏鸡BALT的发育成熟,产生细胞免疫反应。Fify one-day-age male chickens were divided into two equal number groups, immunsed and controlled groups,chickens in the immunsed group was given Newcastle Disease vaccine (NDB1) by ocular route at one-day-age and the controlled was not. During 1 to 10-day-age samples of lungs and bronchile were collected from immunsed and controlled group at scheduled times to be stained with hematoxylin and eosin (HE) , Alcin blue-PAS, ANAE. Examined by gross and histology, bronchus-associated lymphoid tissue (BALT) appeared earlier, developed faster and had more lymphocytes in immunsed chickens than in the controlled. The results indicated that antigen stimulate could promote the development of BALT, cellular immune response could take place in BALT.
